LHH Shared Services supports our customer success, candidate delivery and operations teams – preserving customer and candidate-facing time by owning specialized, analytical, and solution-oriented work. Our mission is to provide a central hub for Business Intelligence, AI Solutions & Automation support.
This global team supports Career Transition and Mobility. We are experts in LHH’s data, systems, and emerging AI capabilities, and we apply those capabilities to solve real business problems, generate insights, and create scalable, repeatable solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
The professional in this role will partner closely with account teams, business leaders, and technology partners, and will occasionally interact directly with clients. This role sits at the intersection of data, AI, business insight, and customer value creation.

Major Responsibilities
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making for LHH Leaders, Sellers, Customer Success Managers, Candidates and Clients.
Design and deliver insight-driven solutions that go beyond traditional reporting, including predictive views, trend analysis, and scenario-based insights.
Leverage LHH-approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, Cowork, as well as other internal AI capabilities) to automate analysis, enhance insights, and create scalable solutions for internal and client use.
Partner with LHH account teams to understand business challenges and proactively propose data- and AI-driven solutions that improve customer outcomes and seller effectiveness.
Develop executive-ready narratives that clearly articulate the “so what” behind the data, including client ROI, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Architect and maintain advanced analytics assets using BI and analytics platforms (Power BI, Strategy/MicroStrategy), incorporating automation and AI where appropriate.
Create reusable agents, insight frameworks and solution templates that can be scaled across accounts, regions, and product lines.
Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders on how AI and analytics can be applied to solve business problems, improve efficiency, and unlock new value.
Collaborate with technology, data engineering, and product teams to evolve data models, metrics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Support Customer Partner Reviews (APRs/QPRs) by delivering insight-led content, storytelling, and forward-looking analysis rather than static historical reporting.
Participate in select client conversations as a subject matter expert on insights, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
Contribute to internal enablement by sharing best practices, developing guidance, and supporting upskilling related to data, insights, and responsible AI usage.
Support intake and prioritization of work through Salesforce case management, ensuring high-impact requests are addressed efficiently. Work with LHH account teams to assess, define, and develop reporting deliverables to meet customer requirements
Required Experience/Characteristics
Experience applying agentic and predictive AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot, automated insights, predictive features) to real-world business problems.
Strong background in data analytics, insights development, or analytics consulting, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into business impact.
Hands-on experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), and/or Tableau.
5–10 years of relevant professional experience; professional services, consulting, or client-facing analytics experience preferred.
Advanced skills in data modeling, analysis, and visualization; strong Excel skills required.
Experience working with Salesforce.com and/or similar workflow or case management tools.
Ability to work across multiple data sources and systems, including internal data warehouses and third-party data.
Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where tools, technologies, and expectations are evolving.
Undergraduate degree in information systems, analytics, business, or a related field. Extensive reporting and data analytics experience utilizing BI Tools including MicroStrategy, Power BI and Tableau
